SIGNUS, Spain’s main EPR agency, has introduced a plaque that will be displayed by recyclers meeting the organisation’s strict environmental standards.The green badge with the SIGNUS logo, will be a sign that they are committed to the environment.
SIGNUS Launches an Environmental Compliance Award Plaque
In the initial phase, this badge has been awarded to 858 workshops belonging to different networks that have shown interest and that meet the standards required by the management system, in order to meet their environmental objectives.
Started in April, any tyre service may request this distinction through the SIGNUS website. Once the data is verified and a series of requirements, are fulfilled, the service will obtain its plaque and it will be added to a public list of those committed to environmental best practice.
The system aims to give visibility to the commitment that many tyre services in Spain have to the environment and distinguish them from others that do not.
