Kurz Karkassenhandel opens up to private tyre collection with a new initiative to keep tyres in the circular economy
KURZ Small Collections Begin
KURZ Karkassenhandel has been committed to environmentally friendly and responsible waste tyre disposal for years. So far, the certified scrap tyre disposal company has only purchased large quantities. With its new online inquiry tool, you can have KURZ pick up individual tyres.
Around 65 million old tyres are produced in Germany every year. A huge mountain, but it can be completely recycled. Because tyres contain valuable raw materials such as rubber, steel and even fabric. A certified scrap tyre disposal company like KURZ Karkassenhandel ensures that these raw materials remain in the cycle and as a result, the environment is sustainably protected.
With the new online tool, private individuals, small businesses and farms can now have their old tyres picked up easily and in an environmentally friendly manner.
The problem so far: The tyres are worn out and should actually be handed in to the local trade or the nearest recycling centre. People can be too distracted to dispose of tyres properly. There are also fees for disposal, some of which are relatively high. People do not want the work, the time or the money spent on tyre disposal.
With the collection from KURZ Karkassenhandel, work and time are no longer relevant. And the fees are also kept within reasonable limits. This way they can get rid of their old tyres quickly and safely, at the same time protecting the environment and ensuring a functioning raw material cycle. Within a radius of 25 kilometres around Landau and Wendlingen, the collection of used tyres can also be commissioned for fewer than 20 tyres. It does not matter whether the tyres are car, light truck, truck or agricultural tyres. The number of tyres can easily be specified using the form on the website.
A collection can be ordered using the new, small quantity form. After entering the type of tyre and the respective quantity, the price is calculated immediately.
The tyres are professionally recycled on site and broken down into their individual components. This can then be used to create high-quality and practical products: from sealants to rubberised asphalt, to sports field surfaces and shoe soles.
