Autopromotec 2022 Starts Promotional Campaign

More details for Autopromotec 2022, taking place between 25-28th May in Bologna, have been revealed, including a new, innovative format for the automotive after-sales event, at a global level.

Business and Pleasure Key for Autopromotec 2022

The strategic plan for Autopromotec 2022 will feature the intriguing keywords, ‘Attractiveness and business’ for the biennial international automotive equipment and aftermarket exhibition, in a bid to gain the biggest attendance yet for the famed event.

With contributions from the “Strategic Fund for Made in Italy” from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, plus the ICE Agency (Italian Trade & Investment Agency), Autopromotec will work to bring in operators from around the world. Additionally, through agents and representatives, the organisers will plan to welcome professional operators from numerous markets in EMEA and South America. With a large footfall, this will encourage new business opportunities to companies exhibiting, as well as a greater possibility for networking and product innovations being launched at Autopomotec 2022.

Return to Normality after Extended Uncertainty Caused by Covid-19

This edition will feature more foreign associations, with a calendar of workshops in preparation for the automotive aftermarket sector. The innovative format the organisers are preparing will allow attendees to learn about new products, network with suppliers, build new connections and participate in conferences and seminars in a combination of physical and virtual options. The addition of hybrid activities will guarantee that the conference will go ahead should any changes occur from the Italian Government in May next year.

At the 2019 edition, attendances reached 119,108, with each continental group represented. 37% of the attendees were from Europe, 24% from Asia, 18% from North and South America, 15% from Africa and 6% from Oceania. The worldwide presence was helped through the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the ICE Agency, who worked together to promote international participation and the possibility of having foreign operators come to the event.
