The RWM at the NEC on the 11th/12th September offers huge networking opportunities. Whilst the tyre recycling sector itself is not very good at presenting itself in public, the waste industry is a constant and growing sector that needs a national event in the UK. RWM offers that event.
RWM at the NEC 11th 12th September
The RWM brings together a wide range of service and equipment suppliers, but perhaps more importantly this year, in the hands of the Prysm Group, there is an amazing range of speakers – in fact, so many that it would be impossible to listen to all of their presentations.
There are a number of speakers on W2E and financing W2E, which could be of interest to tyre recyclers looking at pyrolysis operations. There are also a number of representatives from local authorities and regional projects that may have an interest for the tyre sector.
The tyre recycling sector in the UK has a very low profile and is largely “forgotten” by the wider industry. Tyre and Rubber Recycling has taken the decision to attend this year’s event and we hope to lay the seeds of a greater tyre sector involvement for the 2020 event.
